A teochew dish : - steam fish with sour plum and salted vegatable.

I not sure what is the name of this fish.
But i heard an uncle passing a remark that this a "drain fish" found in Indonesia.
Well, i thought this fishy looks like a puffer fish to me!
So weird looking but CUTE and FAT.
